How We Started

IBN started with two independently owned  Real Estate firms who decided  to share common needs and business goals. Since conception it has blossomed into a twelve (12)  member organization within eight (8) Companies with one common purpose: to provide a network of local Independent Brokerage Firms in this beautiful area of  North Carolina.

The Independent Broker Network (IBN) of Moore County, NC, is pleased to report that it now consists of eight member firms with a total of twelve Licensed Agents.  Collectively they sold $17,056,830 worth of real estate in 2009.  Each member firm of the IBN is an independently owned company and operates separately from the others.  However, through their participation in the Independent Broker Network, these eight firms work together to promote each others' property listings and the needs of their respective buyer clients.  They also help each other provide the most professional and competent real estate services available in Moore County by sharing pertinent legal, technical and marketing information.  This arrangement allows each firm the flexibility to conduct its business as it deems best, while benefiting from the support and sharing of information normally reserved to those Agents who are part of a larger organization.

 

Each member of the IBN has previously worked for one or more large real estate or development firm, and brings to the Network an in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience in executing both residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Membership in the group is by invitation. 

 Professionalism and Experience are both important pre-requisites for all Members.
 

All firms are independently owned and operated.
